What if I have an injury?

Personal Training is very beneficial when you have an injury. The best way to rehabilitate an injury is to strengthen it and gain mobility. We accommodate all injuries and modify workouts accordingly.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! We offer Tandem Personal Training for you and a friend with similar fitness goals.
