NASM Accredited Personal Training

All Personal Training sessions are lead by Samantha Dishman. Samantha is a NASM Certified Personal trainer and Certified Stand-up Paddleboard Instructor who will not only guide you through your personal fitness journey, but will also teach you how to achieve your fitness goals and stay motivated. NASM is regarded by professionals in the fitness industry as the highest accredited and most widely recognized certification.
Samantha is a NASM certified Personal Trainer. NASM is a proudly accredited certification by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies. NASM stands for National Academy of Sports Medicine. In obtaining this personal training certification Samantha has proven to understand how to correctly and efficiently train someone at their pace while still encouraging growth and obtaining goals. Personal Training needs to be correctly taught to ensure safety and overall progress in fitness goals. Samantha has made Personal Training her passion, and enjoys training and sharing her experience with clients. Personal Training with Samantha can be done at your apartment/condo gym or at a local gym that best suites you.

Individual Personal Training is undivided attention, training and coaching for 45-60 minutes per session. Goals can include weight loss, total body conditioning, muscle growth, cardiovascular health, rebuilding after an injury and any specific health related concerns. Sessions will take place at your home/apartment gym or a local gym selected by your trainer. Diet and nutritional guidance included.

Tandem Training

Personal Training for you and one friend with similar fitness goals. Weight loss, Muscle growth, Cardiovascular health.

Each session will be 45-60 minutes and will take place at your home/apartment gym or a local gym selected by your trainer. Diet and nutrition tips and tricks available.

Advanced Fitness / Athletic Training

Advanced Training for Athletic performance and injury prevention. Total body strength, cardiovascular conditioning, speed, agility and plyometric training.

Sessions can last up to 60 minutes at a location provided by your trainer.
